设备简介 Introduction

自动成型折入机主要功能用于盒胚与面纸定位后成型，主要工艺实现自动包面纸。

Automatic forming folding machine is mainly used for forming the box blank and cover paper after positioning. The main process is to wrap cover paper automatically.

本机兼容盒胚尺寸最小50mm*50mm*10mm,***400mm*400mm*120mm。

本机针对不同盒型可做斜口盒、耳朵对搭盒型等盒型。

模具运动总成采用伺服马达数字控制精准无误。

机头采用滚珠丝杆结构，活动组件采用可调节燕尾槽结构，增强机器寿命和运动精度。

人机操作平台参数设置，单机调试方便快捷，操作流程易学易懂。

This machine is compatible with box blank in minimum size 50mm*50mm*10mm, maximum size 400*400*120mm.

This machine can be used for different box types, such as inclined box,  ear flaps box, etc. 

The mold movement is controlled by a precise and reliable servo motor digital control system.

The head adopts ball screw structure, the action component adopts adjustable dovetail groove structure to lengthen the machine life and the movement precision. 

Human-Machine Interface Parameters Configuration platform, facilitating convenient single-machine debugging and featuring an intuitive and easily understandable operation process.
